components designed for injection molding with Polypropylene
aluminum molds with a core/cavity structure
surface models which had desired design aesthetics and accommodated manufacturing restrictions
inter-changeable color combinations to yield a variety of results
LED + button battery for the lightcycle effect
simulated production run to experiment with mass production
